1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available — please contact us at fabfern72@gmail.com for inquiries.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): ₹40 or Free on orders above ₹1000
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): ₹150
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at fabfern72@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. FABZHUB is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
